Mind wandering weekend
Lately my mind often wanders about going to France, to places where time seems to stand still, driving through rolling hills suffused with warm orange light from the setting sun... Visiting small and charming villages, strolling through a market or climbing up to the highest point for a magnificent view. Then coming home to a wonderful, Provence style decorated space for moments of relaxing, reading books, eating outside and for refreshment in the pool. Yes, the memories and dreams are vividly popping up. As to give you an impression of my dream, the space would look something like this;) What were your mind wandering thoughts these past few days? you read my mind today. Although, honestly, there isn't a day that goes by that I DON'T dream of being in France. *sigh* I'll go fill the void with a croissant now ;)

ReplyDeleteOh, that is so nice. Wouldn't mind spending a day or a week ... or maybe a whole month in that place. Cottage in France is on my future's agenda.

My mind has been wandering to the same place! France and Provence in particular is one of my favourite places, it has a magic like nowhere else.
